Education:Bachelor Of Engineering(BE),Master Of Engineering(ME),Bachelor Of Technology(BTECH),
Essential Skills:Very good knowledge of core Java, Database skills (either Oracle or Microsoft SQL database)Very good knowledge of programming UI interfaces preferably using web technologies (GWT, JSF etc.)Should have developed and designed large scale software products (enterprise class)Should be able to design generic frameworks should have worked in telecom domain and knowledgeable about telecom networksShould have worked in the software development of telecom OSS / BSS products (e.g. billing systems, mediation systems etc.)We can also interview candidates with background in NMS / EMS software development provided the candidate is willing to work on the kind of products RMS has.
Desired Skills:Experience about 6-8 years in the software industry.The candidate should be hands-on in development and the position expects this person to write / debug / design new features.Should be able to guide others in the team about the right way to design (best practices) review code Evaluate technologies and suggest the way forward

Responsibilities:Provide technical leadership to the team in the areas of Software design and architectureTranslating customer / business requirements into designTechnologies like core Java, Database (e.g. Oracle, Microsoft SQL)Ensuring the analysis of all requirements, translating them into appropriate designFollowing all Subex defined development processes strictly Contributing to the development of new product versions with very good quality and as per defined timelines
Competencies:Software development practices and processes (e.g. Agile approaches, XP etc.)Should be a very good expert in software development technologies and tools (e.g. Eclipse, SVN, core Java, web technologies, profilers, debuggers etc.)
